Welcome to AW Infrasec These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, products, and website. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
We provide the following services:
- Microsoft Services: M365, Intune, Microsoft Defender, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and related support.
- Microsoft Azure Services: Assessment, cost optimization, migrations, PaaS, Sentinel, BCDR, and more.
- Cybersecurity Services: Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing.
IT Managed Services: On-site and remote support including 24×7 helpdesk and RMM tools.
Executive Services: CIO/CTO as a Service.
Attack Simulation Services.
ITSM and ITAM solutions.
Reselling: Microsoft licenses, third-party tools (e.g., Patch My PC, Acronis, KnowBe4), and hardware.
The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of each engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide timely access to your personnel, systems, and information necessary for us to perform our services.
Ensure all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights are in place for any third-party systems or data we may access.
Use our services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees will be detailed in a written quotation or contract.
Payment terms are Net [Insert Days] unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may incur interest at a rate of [X]% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

We are not liable for defects, limitations, or breaches arising from third-party products.
